We ship to many countries worldwide. During checkout you can see if shipping to your country is available. If your country is not listed, feel free to contact us and we will try to find a solution.

Processing Time  
All orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Shipping Method  
All orders are shipped with tracked and insured shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number so you can follow your package during delivery.

Delivery Time  
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

- Germany: 1–4 business days  
- Europe: 3–8 business days  
- International: 5–14 business days

For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Issues  
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package may be held at the local post office for pickup or another delivery attempt may be made. Please make sure the shipping address provided during checkout is correct.
